I am writing to request the following public records:

• The memorandum of understanding (or any other official documents) about the promise from President Schill to allocate $1M to expand and enhance the Urban Farm program (as referenced in the Around the O article here).
• Any documentation of who was given control over the spending of the above $1M and the planning of the Urban Farm expansion process.
• Any memoranda of understanding (or similar official documents) documenting the university's site selection and site approval for Urban Farm expansion to the riverside site.
