Pursuant to Oregon's "Sunshine Act" (ORS§§ 192.410 - 192.505), I herebyrequest copies of the following documents:PCG/• (Existing) documentation revealing whether any public funds, from theState of Oregon (i.e. tax dollars paid to the State of Oregon by taxpayers)have been, or will be used to pay for insurance coverages that will coverany University of Oregon football players for the upcoming 2014-15football season (i.e. policies that would pay the player in the event thatthey sustained a career-ending injury); and• With reference to the preceding request, existing documentation whichidentifies all persons who participated in the determination to use publicfunds for that purpose.
