I am writing to you as the public records officer for the University of Oregon, to formally request access to government records under the Oregon Records; Public Reports and Meetings statute.  See Or. Rev. Stat. § 192.001, et seq.For purposes of this request, the term “climate change” includes, but is not limited to, global warming and greenhouse-gas emissions.I seek access to the following records, including, for each request below, written documents, letters, e-mails, text messages, notes, reports, meeting minutes, internal memoranda, and the like:

1. All records relating to discussions, coordination, or communications with any non-governmental organization related to any actual or potential climate change litigation, from January 1, 2020 to present.
