I am writing to you as the public records officer for the University of Oregon, to formally request access to government records under the Oregon Records; Public Reports and Meetings statute.  See Or. Rev. Stat. § 192.001, et seq.For purposes of this request, the term “climate change” includes, but is not limited to, global warming and greenhouse-gas emissions.I seek access to the following records, including, for each request below, written documents, letters, e-mails, text messages, notes, reports, meeting minutes, internal memoranda, and the like: 

1. All records by the University or its faculty related to any legal theories of liability or accountability related to or regarding climate change, including (without limitation) by the University of Oregon Law School and the Department of Earth Sciences from January 1, 2020 to present.
