1) All records in any form relating to any cooperation between the University of
Oregon and the Lane County District Attorney's Office regarding any law
enforcement, criminal investigation, and/or Title IX investigation activities.
This request includes, but is not limited to the following:
a. Memorandum of Understanding;
b. Contracts or letters of agreement;
c. Any other briefs, memoranda, meeting minutes, agendas, calendars, emails,
or reports in any form; and
d. Any e-mails, letters, or minutes of any meetings between agents or
employees of the University of Oregon and the Lane County District
Attorney's Office.

2) All records in any form relating to any cooperation between the University of
Oregon and the Eugene Police Department regarding any law enforcement,
criminal investigation, and/or Title IX investigation activities.
This request includes, but is not limited to the following:
a. Memorandum of Understanding;b. Contracts or letters of agreement;
c. Any other briefs, memoranda, meeting minutes, agendas, calendars, emails,
or reports in any form; and
d. Any e-mails, letters, or minutes of any meetings between agents or
employees of the University of Oregon and the Eugene Police
Department.

The time period covered by this request spans the previous two (2) years.
