I would like to file an open records request for the following documentation: 1) A copy of the FY23 athletic department FRS report (i.e NCAA-mandated itemized athletic budget) 2) A copy of all Athletic Director Contracts, coaches for head coaches of NCAA-sponsored sports, OR athletic apparel contracts that have been updated, amended or new, since Jan 1, 2023. A contract that was signed in 2022 that has not been updated or amended would not be a responsive record, but a new hire during that time period, or an amended contract, would be.
