This is a request for public records involving University of Oregon, its athletic department and/or its affiliates “University of Oregon” and the relationship with their official athletics:

• merchandising partnerships or any of its affiliates related to E-commerce, In-Venue and/or Athletic Brick & Mortar

We request that a copy of the following documents [or documents containing the following information] be provided:  

• A copy of any current agreement between Partners and University of Oregon for any period prior to June 30, 2023, or any alternative document summarizing any recent expansion or extension of any agreement between University of Oregon and Partners, including contract(s) duration, guarantees, royalty splits, locations, services, and other financial terms; and
• Financial reports, year-end statements, or royalty calculations summarizing activities of Partners on or around University of Oregon campus.
