This is a request for records pursuant to state law as well as the terms of a written contract that is in force between the University of Oregon and our company whereby our company provides the University of Oregon’s Department of athletics with a data and information service called Win AD (see www.winthropintelligence.com). The Oregon Open Records Act requires a response time within a reasonable period of time. If access to the records I am requesting will take longer than that time period, please contact me to advise when I should expect copies or the ability to inspect the requested records.I did review all the contracts on the public website before compiling this request. 3. Pursuant to applicable authority, I am writing to request a copy of any contract or written agreement in force (i.e., signed, fully executed) between the University’s Department of Athletics (or its affiliates) and third parties regarding all of the following categories of subject matter:
   1. The current Apparel agreement I have previously received with Nike has expired on May 31, 2018. If the existing expired contract as been extended, please send new extension agreement, or send any new agreement you have made (through firms such as Nike, Adidas, Reebok, Under Armor, etc.). In addition, please send any current sport-specific apparel contracts.
   2. Concessions for all athletic facilities (through firms such as Aramark, etc).
   3. Multi-media rights (through firms such as IMG, Learfield, Nelligan, etc).
   4. The current agreement I have previously received with Willamette Beverage Company is set to expire in June 30, 2022. If there is an updated contract or amendment, please send, otherwise no need to resend. In addition, please send any current sideline beverage contracts through firms such as Gatorade or Powerade.
   5. The current agreement I have previously received with Gatorade is set to expire in July 31, 2020. If there is an updated contract or amendment, please send, otherwise no need to resend. In addition, please send any current sideline beverage contracts through firms such as Gatorade or Powerade.
   6. The current agreement I have previously received with Ticketmaster is set to expire in June 30, 2022. If there is an updated contract or amendment, please send, otherwise no need to resend.
   7. Trademark licensing (through firms such as Collegiate Licensing Co., etc).
   8. Bookstore Operations on the University Campus (through firms such as Barnes & Noble and Follett).
   9. The current Outsourced Ticketing agreement I have previously received with Duck Tix has expired on June 30, 2017. If the existing expired contract as been extended, please send new extension agreement, or send any new agreement you have made (through firms such as Aspire, Collegiate Consulting, etc.).
