Under Oregon Public Records law I am requesting the contract, and/or MOU, or similar documented agreement with what is commonly referred to as “outside legal counsel” or “special legal counsel” or similar with a law firm or lawyers not on regular University of Oregon staff that has been in effect since July 1, 2017. The documented agreement may be with the firm Bond Schoeneck & King or other.
