Pursuant to state open records laws, I would like to request the following documents:

1.      The current contract for the men’s basketball head coach. If a contract is under negotiation, please forward the current contract but let me know that a new contract may be forthcoming. If there are no contracts, please forward the letters of appointment of another document that lists the coach’s conditions of employment—including bonus structure—and/or their current salaries.
2.      The most recent athletically related outside income report for your head men’s basketball head coach. This is the annual document filled out each year by all coaches to comply with the NCAA Bylaw 11.2.2, under which athletic personnel must report income earned from sources other than the university. Since there is no due date specified by the NCAA, please forward the most recently signed report.
