Under the Oregon Public Records Law, §192.410 et seq., I am requesting anopportunity to inspect or obtain copies of public records including any and alldocuments that detail all sources of income for the head coach and assistantcoaches for your baseball program, including but not limited to employmentcontract(s), documents/payments from any booster program(s),documents/payments from television or radio partners, payments/documentsfrom any apparel or equipment companies, membership documents for any clubsor private groups, documents/payments from any university run or outsidebaseball summer camps, any documents that summarize annual payments(1099 or W2s), and any and all other outside/third party compensation of anykind whatsoever that would be considered taxable income to said coaches.
