This is an official request under the Oregon Public Records Law. I am seeking copies of or access to the following items: 

• The university’s annual report to the NCAA summarizing athletics finances since the 2006-07 school year. If the report doesn’t specifically identify the revenues and expenses by each sport, I would also like that information broken out for football, men’s basketball, all men’s sports, women’s basketball and all women’s sports.
• The top three grossing licensing agreements involving the university and/or its NCAA-affiliated athletic teams in effect since the 2006-07 school year. Also, I would like the same information for any licensing agreements that are contractually scheduled to go into effect in the future that are expected to raise comparable revenues for the university or its athletics. Licensing agreements include, but are not limited to, the use of the university’s name, its team names or logos.
• All contracts involving broadcast rights for the university’s NCAA-affiliated athletic teams in effect since the 2006-07 school year and any such agreements that are contractually scheduled to go into effect in the future. This would include, but not be limited to, any contracts involving television, radio, the Internet or other media outlets.
• Summaries of the revenues generated by the licensing and broadcast rights agreements for each year since the 2006-07 school year.
• Any projections for revenue expected to be derived from Pac 12 conference membership and any projections for broadcast rights of all types.
• The top three components by dollar value for expenses identified as “other” in annual NCAA audit reports.
