·       A copy of the request for proposals document (and any relevant attachments or addenda) used to solicit bids from potential apparel licensees between November 1, 2011 and present.·       Copies of all bids submitted to the University of Oregon by Silver Star Merchandising within and outside of a Request for Proposals process.·       Copies of all communications (including e-mail, memoranda and letters), from January 1, 2011 to present, between Silver Star Merchandising and its representatives, and the University of Oregon, or any of its employees, departments, divisions, or other units.
