Any contract between the University of Oregon — and/or any unit thereof — for services or consulting in matters of branding, messaging, digital media, strategic media, communications, strategic communications, public relations, marketing, social media, web communications or advertising that Deans or anyone in University Advancement or the old University Relations or University Development entered or the  president's office and the Executive Leadership Team entered into from. -- limited to those with a dollar value of  $25,000 and up. 2.
