*Any and all document(s) and/or letter(s) which the NCAA has delivered to the University of Oregon, in regards to a draft report of allegations and proposed findings in regards to the investigation of the football program. This document(s) may have been delivered shortly before or after Christmas, 2011.   *My request may be further described as: Any document that is a precursor to or in conjunction with a “Notice of Allegations”, and that comes after a “Notice of Inquiry” or similar document that closely matches my request in regards to the UofO Football Program, Willie Lyles, Lache Seastrunk, LaMichael James, and Charles “Chip” Kelly or any other member of the Oregon Football Program.
