I am requesting all electronic journal licensing agreements between the University of Oregon and the following two publishers: 1) Springer; and 2) Cambridge University Press that have been entered since 2009. Those may be obtained either via the University of Oregon library or the Orbis Cascade Alliance (a library consortium). I would prefer the licenses in electronic format.Thank you,
