I’m writing to request the budget for the Oregon cross country and track & field program for the 2009-10 fiscal year, and for the contracts of associate athletic director Vin Lananna, assistant coaches Robert Johnson, Andy Powell, Lance Deal, Harry Marra and Maurica Powell, and assistant athletic director Michael Reilly.

In addition, I’m requesting complete records of revenue and expenditures for the cross country and track & field program for the fiscal year 2009-10, including but not limited to travel, equipment, salaries and gate receipts.

In addition, I’m requesting the contracts for the 2010-11 fiscal year for associate athletic director Vin Lananna, assistant coaches Robert Johnson, Andy Powell, Jenni Ashcroft, Jamie Cook and Robert Weir, assistant athletic director Michael Reilly and director of track & field venues and program support Lance Deal.
