I’d like all emails, memos, correspondence between University of Oregon officials and their counterparts at Track Town USA, Hoffman Construction, Nike, the IAAF and anyone else regarding the Track and Field World Championships, the renovation of Hayward Field and efforts to secure public funding for the event dating back to Jan. 1, 2016.
