Through a previous records request, I received a copy of the university’s Nike deal, which expires May 31, 2018. Pursuant to the state’s public records law, I request any extensions or modifications to that contract. I also request any other contracts that exist between the university or its athletic department and other companies that provide athletic clothing or equipment, such as Easton, Mizuno, Speedo, Callaway, etc.

I also request the athletic department’s marketing rights, multimedia rights or licensing deal, including any contracts that exist between the school and IMG.
