This is a public records request for a copy of the Lockwood Research 2015 survey report, and any contracts between UO and Lockwood Research. I’m ccing VP for Comm Kyle Henley, as he has the contract in his email and can easily forward it, and AGC & Purchasing Director Craig Ashford, who has the contracts. I ask for a fee waiver on the grounds that UO is short about $5M on tuition money this year, cannot afford to piss away any more of it on a poorly conceived project to conduct a repeat of this survey, and apparently public embarrassment is the only way to stop that.
