The contact information (name, address, phone number and email) for the contracting agency that procured the construction services of Howard S. Wright Constructors, LP for the above-referenced project; 3. Any and all pay requests and supporting documents for such pay requests submitted by Howard S. Wright Constructors, LP to the public body and related to the work of G.A. Bovero Tile & Marble, Inc. for the above-referenced project; 4. Any and all payments made by the public body to Howard S. Wright Constructors, LP and relating to the work of G.A. Bovero Tile & Marble, Inc. on the above-referenced project; 5. Any and all notices provided to the public body by Howard S. Wright Constructors, LP and relating to any other amounts that Howard S. Wright Constructors, LP had withheld or intended to withhold from paying to G.A. Bovero Tile & Marble, Inc. for work by G.A. Bovero Tile & Marble, Inc. concerning the above-referenced project; 6. Any and all notices provided to the public body by Howard S. Wright Constructors, LP and relating to any specific reasons or causes that Howard S. Wright Constructors, LP had withheld any amounts from payment to G.A. Bovero Tile & Marble, Inc. or intended to withhold any amounts from payment to G.A. Bovero Tile & Marble, Inc. for G.A. Bovero Tile & Marble, Inc.’s work concerning the above-referenced project; and 7. Any and all notices provided to the public body by Howard S. Wright Constructors, LP relating to any specific remedial actions that Howard S. Wright Constructors, LP believed G.A. Bovero Tile & Marble, Inc. needed to take to receive payment of any amounts that Howard S. Wright Constructors, LP withheld for work by G.A. Bovero Tile & Marble, Inc. concerning the above-referenced project
