Under Oregon’s open records law, I request the following:

X A copy of any athletic-department related open-records requests from April 22, 2011-May 12, 2011.

X Records showing the pass list for Oregon football for each of the last four football seasons (2007, 2008, 2009, 2010).

X Copies of any documentation sent to head football coach Chip Kelly from Elite Scouting Services or any law firms representing Elite Scouting Services from April 1, 2010 through August 31, 2010.

X Records for all individuals who received complimentary admissions, complimentary game tickets, complimentary sideline passes and complimentary game credentials in each of the last four football seasons (2007, 2008, 2009, 2010)

X All expense forms related to football recruiting from January 2007 to the present.

X Records of any and all payments to William (aka, Willie, Willy, Will, Bill) Lyles by the University of Oregon. This includes, but is not limited to, the work Mr. Lyles performed at camps or football events held at (or affiliated with) the University of Oregon or affiliated with any of its coaches.
